Prof KJ shared a guideline to write a proper journal as following :

Title
- <12 words
- brief phrase describing the contents of the paper
- avoid abbreviations and formula

Abstract
- informative
- passive verbs
- she/he should not be used
- briefly present the topic, state the scope of the experiments, indicate significant data, point out major findings and conclusions
- no literature cited
- no abbreviations
- standard nomenclature

Keywords
-<5-10 words
- provide indexing references

Intro.
- <1 page
- clear statement of the problem, the relevant literature on the subject, proposed approach/solution
- should be understandable to colleagues from a broad range of scientific disciplines
- at least 8-10 references cited with most current literatures (2007-2009)
- objectives appear in the last paragraphs

Methods & Materials
- completed enough to allow experiments to be reproduced- only truly new procedures should be described in detail, previously published procedures should be cited, important modifications of published procedures should be mentioned briefly
- capitalize trade names and include the manufacturer's name and address (if applicable)
- subheadings
- methods in general use need not to be described in detail

Results & Discussion
- must be in line/in order with methodology
- explain and discuss why you get such results - may cite previous references for comparisons
- better illustrated with charts/graphics/tables
- clarity and precision
- past tense => describing findings
- present tense => previously published findings
- results should be explained, but largely without referring to the literature
- subheadings

Conclusion
- must fulfil the study objectives (Eg. 2 conclusions for 2 objectives)
- refers to only work done in the study
- should not be more than 1/3 of a page
- may also include study implications/recommendations or future works

Thank's a lot Prof KJ for sharing. Soon, I'll submit my journal to you once I completed my research. Insya Allah.

Lecture session Dec 2009 April 2010 is just begun....Q-thon activity...

Hmmm...no research activities at this moment...No time for research cause of the preparation for the lecture is more essential and crucial... argghhhhh.... Class on 5th Jan 2010 had been canceled regarding to Q-Thon activities. Quite interesting, unfortunately... the management of organizing seems fail to coordinate well... sorry to say that... i supposed to be one of the organizer, but knew at the last minute about my task....if this is faculty activities, i am willing to cooperate.. I am very committed person especially and specifically to my own faculty...just for my faculty... hahaha...but why not telling me earlier, that was FKE activity and everybody should be involved? and why not in lotus notes write the title "FKE  as organizer - calling for meeting"??? so that I can be so alert....I wont participate if this is not faculty activities... simple...i ll serve specifically to my faculty....i ll ignore all mails not related to me...never read them!!! yea...that's me......just obsess to my faculty...FKE...
